"Thursday Nights Together" is a youth ministry of Faith in Christ Lutheran Church.T.N.T.'s goal is to raise young people(4 years old through Sixth Grade) to be life-long disciples of Christ. Many exciting things take place
each Thursday evening to further this ministry for the children.
T.N.T. meets weekly and we share four essential experiences from 6:00 - 8:10 p.m. each evening. Those four important
experiences are Family Time, Recreation/Play, Bible Study, and Worship. The family time (dinner) allows the youth to interact in a
multigenerational setting with the body of Christ in a positive, nurturing environment. The play time allows the adults to build relationships
with the youth. Bible study time is when the children hear the story of God's incredible and boundless love for them. Our worship
time is when we respond back to God for the grace and love He has freely given us. Taken together, these experiences allow adults
and young people to grow in relationship with each other and with God. Look for special events too.
Digging deeper into God's Word at home is very important. Weekly Bible devotions, connected with the week's lesson,
are sent home to be completed with the family. TNT Adult Bible Study classes are offered throughout the year and all are invited to
worship on Sunday mornings at Faith in Christ.
Teen Servants (7th grade and older) prepare and led the worship for our younger youth. The Teen Servants are "shining
their light" and being role models as well as growing disciples of Christ.
All of the experiences at TNT are for the adults and young people to grow in relationship with each other and with Jesus Christ.
Our environment is safe, nurturing, and fun. For this program our adult volunteers have been screened and provided with special training.
